TANNINS

STRUCTURE AND CLASSES OF TANNINS

Structure and classes of tannins, including glycerine-saturated polyphenols; flavonoids such as the anthocyanins in grapefruit juice; phenolic compounds like quercetin or catechin.

What is Tannin Used for

Phenyl Alcohol is derived from a plant. TANNIN IN TEA

The tannin content in tea is a kind of sugar.
